I enjoy rotating the menu to keep things interesting for you and myself.

But, some things are too good to be without too long.

The Classic Peanut Butter Chip Cookie is one of my most frequently re-asked for cookies.

Have you ever heard of an ANZAC Biscuit?

ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. These oat and coconut biscuits, which cannot legally be called cookies in Australia, became associated with Australian and New Zealand soldiers during WWI.

Made with oats and coconut, another unique component of the ANZAC biscuit is that it is EGGLESS and uses liquid sugar to add sweetness and flavor.

Cookie Cazimi uses honey and molasses to bring out more floral and toffee notes to complement the oats and coconut.
