Our first delivery was dropped off this morning. We’ve got Classic Sourdough, Jalapeño Cheddar, and our new Roasted Garlic Sourdough ready for you!

Fresh bread will now be delivered Tuesdays and Fridays, so swing by the stand and grab a loaf while it lasts—these go fast!

Something delicious is in the works!

There’s nothing quite like the smell of roasted garlic fresh out of the oven. Golden, soft, and perfectly caramelized.

I’ve been working on a brand new loaf, and let’s just say....garlic lovers, you’re going to want to keep an eye out for this one!

Warm, crusty sourdough + rich roasted garlic = pure comfort.

We have some sweet news to share 💙

We welcomed a beautiful baby boy to our family last month, and we are so grateful for the time we’ve had to rest, heal, and bond together. Thank you all so much for your patience, kindness, and support during this special season—it has meant more than you know.

The good news! Our break is coming to an end! Sam’s Sourdough will be back to baking fresh loaves VERY soon, and I couldn’t be more excited to get back in the kitchen and serve this amazing community again.

💛 So grateful, but pausing for a sweet season 💛

I am beyond thankful for the incredible support you’ve shown my sourdough bread business. Every order, share, and kind word has meant more to me than you know.

As many of you know, I’m getting ready to welcome a new little one 💙, and it’s time for me to step into maternity leave.

✨ Important dates:
• This week will be my last deliveries to La Pine Beauty Collective. I dropped off Classic, Jalapeño Cheddar, and Cinnamon Swirl this morning, and I will have those available again Thursday morning.
• I will be taking my last order for the Bread Shed on February 23rd, with delivery on February 27th.

Thank you for supporting this dream, for loving good bread, and for cheering me on through this season. I am so grateful for this community and look forward to baking for you again in the future.
