It is important to not provide our customers with items poured from a bag or a box. We prefer to limit the use of preservatives and food coloring, therefore offering more controlled and high-quality products. While we offer a small, high-quality daily menu, we will

delve into my Southern, Cajun, and Italian background in cooking to satisfy your palate with new and exhilarating flavors. We are excited to bring a variety of cuisines to the Valley. We scratch make everything, except for our breads and cheeses. We do not add artificial colors or preservatives to any of our products. All of our products are available in bulk purchase options, including our seasonings, BBQ sauce, compotes, and drizzles. We offer a worry-free experience with our full-service catering and, in some cases, free scratch-made desserts, custom cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, and brownies.

We have decided to extend our raffle for the catering. This raffle will serve 10 or more and will include, brisket, pulled pork, Mac n cheese, beans, dinner rolls, dessert and a gallon of sweet tea. All monies raised will go to Chuck Mondragon. Come out and see us or message us about getting your tickets. We have decided to extend this raffle through the end of the month of July to give everyone the opportunity to enter. We will be open on Thursday’s and Friday’s at 610 North Main in North La junta from 11-2. Please inquire with any questions.

With immense gratitude and heartfelt appreciation for the approval, we cordially invite our community to join us in extending love and support to Chuck Andrew Mondragon, Shanice Lopez and their family on 7/11/2026.
As a token of our solidarity, a significant portion of our proceeds along with all generous tips will be donated to Chuck and Shanice during this challenging period.
