Here at The Fork N Food Truck, we are committed to providing you with scratch-made products as well as earth-friendly food packaging. It is important to not provide our customers with items poured from a bag or a box. We prefer to limit the use of preservatives and food coloring, therefore offering more controlled and high-quality products. While we offer a small, high-quality daily menu, we will

delve into my Southern, Cajun, and Italian background in cooking to satisfy your palate with new and exhilarating flavors. We are excited to bring a variety of cuisines to the Valley. We scratch make everything, except for our breads and cheeses. We do not add artificial colors or preservatives to any of our products. All of our products are available in bulk purchase options, including our seasonings, BBQ sauce, compotes, and drizzles. We offer a worry-free experience with our full-service catering and, in some cases, free scratch-made desserts, custom cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, and brownies.

Effective January 6, 2026, we will introduce a promotional offer in our breakfast burritos' wrapping 🤩. Customers who find a special sticker in their burrito wrapping can redeem it for another burrito, a sweet treat, or a sandwich of their choice from our truck. Our burritos are available every Tuesday, and sweet treats are available every Thursday at AVRMC Gift Shop. We will resume our regular schedule on the road in February, featuring new items alongside our popular favorites. We look forward to serving you soon and invite you to reach out to us to redeem your prize.

This Saturday we will be in the La Junta City Park from 9-3. We will start the day off with our potato, egg, cheese and the only place you will find Bacon Green Chili Burritos 🥓🌶️😍🤤🌯. Breakfast will be served from 9-10:30. We will have our regular menu for lunch. Lunch will be served from 10:30-3 or until sold out. Come out and satisfy your appetite while you enjoy the Car and Tractor Show.
