A loaf for the kids! The adults can get in on it too. Our naturally leavened buttermilk bread, super soft and is perfect for sandwiches of all kinds. We think this will become a staple but we’ll let the people speak. Come snag one when you can. We hope you enjoy it is as much as we do.

An ode to my time with NOBU, the Salted Caramel Miso bar is The Bellbird’s iteration of one of the tried and true desserts at Nobu Caesars Palace. Following the style of Nobu San, this dessert focuses on simplicity and quality. Layers of creamy vanilla bean whipped mascarpone, soft ladyfinger sponge cake brushed with vanilla syrup, caramelized white chocolate & white miso ganache, and a buttery shortbread cookie to carry it all.

A product of the people, places, and food that came before. An attempt to capture a whole chapter of life in one bite ✨

Fig jam, red kabocha squash, brie, hot honey, pepita brittle and fresh black mission figs. So much goodness in this little package. They’ll be around til the figs allow.
