Locations: 1513 Market St, La Crosse, WI (now open!) and 1125 Main St, Onalaska, WI (temporarily closed)

We specialize in small-batch, naturally-leavened breads and pastries made with local, organically-grown grain, fruits, and veggies We have since (May 2022) moved to a retail shop in nearby Onalaska WI, but plan on returning to the Cameron Park Farmers' Market as soon as we can swing it!

Opus Onalaska will be OPEN Friday and Saturday, August 28-29 from 9 am to 12 pmwith a limited number of retail breads and pastries! Back to school special today, Thursday 8/20 only: buy two pastries, get a loaf of bread for free! Perfect for school lunches (PB&J on cinnamon raisin bread anyone???) or family dinners, our bread is the real deal: made with 100% organic Meadowlark flour and long-fermented for flavor and digestibility. If you placed a pre-order last week, don't forget to pick up your items at Opus Onalaska this coming Friday or Saturday, August 14/15.
