Idk what was up with my lighting today. Even used the flash and still seems a little dark. Might need to invest in a stage type of light!

I also made some mini pumpkin pecan muffins today. Mini muffins are dangerously easy to eat a bunch in one sitting. 😋😋😋🎃🎃🎃

I think we’re close enough to Autumn to talk about it. It’s my favorite season. And I bake some incredibly delicious treats during the season of the pumpkin and apple.

When I first began this vegan baking journey, I didn’t know what to call it so I just threw something together with an old nickname. As I now start to formulate my business plan from an idea onto paper and make it a brick and mortar store, it needs a better name! It’s not just going to be a bakery. I’m passionate about food and I want to make soups, stews, salads, and sandwiches too. I want to create an atmosphere that’s safe for vegans and vegetarians alike. For myself, I can’t go out to eat at most places, even if they offer a vegan option because of the risk of cross contamination. I want people like me to have a place to go to enjoy great food with a great vibe.
