Today I got a special order from a very special customer—my beloved husband! ❤️

He requested an organic country loaf made with freshly ground rye flour. Of course, he was also the one who milled the rye himself!

Now let’s wait and see how this loaf turns out. I can’t wait to taste the difference that fresh-milled rye brings to the bread. 🍞✨

Daisy’s Bakery is growing, and I’m so excited to now spend more time baking throughout the week 🤍
With more time in the kitchen, I’ve added a few sweet treats to the menu:

Just like our breads, they’re made with a touch of sourdough starter for extra flavor and texture
