Peppermint M&M Fudge Cookies!
Here is a fun and easy recipe you can either bake yourself, bring to a Holiday Party, or give as a fun gift!
What You’ll Need:
1 box Betty Crocker Chocolate Triple Fudge Cake Mix ((15.25 oz.))
1 bag of Peppermint M&M's ((11.8 oz.))
1 quart size Mason or Canning Jar
1 Funnel
Preparing the Jar:
Using a funnel empty the contents of the cake mix package into a quart-sized Mason Jar, and gently pat down the top.
Pour in the Peppermint M&M’s.
That's it!! It's that easy!
You can cut a circle or square of scrapbook paper or fabric and place on the jar’s silver topper. Then screw on the jar’s lid for decoration.
You will need to attach a label to the jar either with the following baking instructions...
Beat together 2 eggs and 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil in medium bowl. Pour in contents of jar, and stir well. Refrigerate dough for 15 minutes, prior to baking. Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes at 350 degrees.
