Sadie and Josie have been busy today! Sadie made Cornbread and Jalapeno Cheese Cornbread! They made Blackberry Scones, gluten-free Macaroons, Sourdough Bread, Everyday White and Wheat Bread... It is Monday so their FRESH FRENCH BREAD is $1.00 per loaf, limit of 2 per family... Made several kinds of MUFFINS too... We close at 6:30 in La Center during the week...

So great going to work today and finding two of my Granddaughters' working! Lynnea just came back this week after having her baby 9 months ago... She will be working a couple day a week for a while... They have us stocked up on Tres Leches Cakes! As for me I got a couple batches of Fudge made... Love, being a grandma and great grandma!!!

Sadie and Josie's Bakery in La Center is always hard at it! Did you know that our Sourdough makes perfect Pizzas too? We also made a bunch of Taco Extra Sourdough SOUP Bowls; they are good to throw in the freezer for later... Talk about Carrot Cakes, ours is out of this World, our mom came up with this recipe 52 years ago! Lots of Pastries, Cookies, Candies, Muffins, Scones, Sourdough Bread and regular Breads... Close at 6:30 during the week...

Sadie and Josie's Bakery isn't just another bakery! They Handmake all kinds of Candies from Scratch! They make huge Pecan Turtles, Coconut Balls, Peanut Butter Balls, Chocolate Dipped Caramels, Peppermint Patties, Orange Patties, Almond Coconut Cubes, Peanut Brittle, several kinds of Old-Fashioned Fudge, Almond Roca, Candied Walnuts, Peppermint Bark, Cinnamon Bark... They also make several kinds of Shortin' Bread Cookies just like mama's little baby loves them! Pecan Sandies also known as Russian Tea Cookies or Wedding Cookies... They make Chocolate Mocha Balls, and Cranberry Pecan Sandies... Several Candies are not mentioned here today, but if you have a Sweet Tooth, they have it covered!
