Daddy Byers was born in 1902 and lived on his family farm in Merkel, Texas through the Great Depression. In their garden, they grew their own vegetables, canning and preserving enough for the year's consumption. Byers' Best was founded on deep family values and tradition. Generations later, Daddy Byers' family is carrying on this tradition and sharing the goodness with you.
