I may be a baker but cheesecakes are my Achilles heal. I can make ok mini ones but the big ones are hard for me. My dear friend made me an AMAZING pumpkin cheesecake, with a pecan graham cracker crust, and topped with caramel and pecans. Lord its delicious! Look at this yummy thing!
