Not every day in baking goes the sameā€”and thatā€™s okay.
Sometimes the cake turns out great, but not exactly how I pictured it in my head. Baking fresh and decorating the same day can be a challenge some days.
But at the end of the day, Iā€™ll choose a cake that tastes amazing and looks good over one that looks perfect but doesnā€™t taste greatā€¦ every single time. What about you?
