Menu for this week! This will be the last week for the brioche carrot cake rolls, they do freeze well if you would like to order more to have for later. Remember all items are made from scratch, by hand, with organic ingredients, other than the milk and butter. We don’t use any artificial ingredients, no food dyes, always real butter, no seed oils, and all of our flours are of course also organic, unbleached, unbromated, nothing extra but pure, organic, glyphosate free wheat. It is amazing how much better our bodies process real, Whole Foods, without any of the extra chemical additives that commercial foods have. Did you know that the sourdough you buy at the big chain grocery stores actually are loaded with glyphosate, they are bromated, most are made with bleached flour, and so many of them have yeast in the ingredients. Yeast should never be in a true sourdough loaf of bread, as the sourdough starter should be a natural leavening agent. Some of the commercial breads being sold as sourdough, do not even contain sourdough starter at all😳. Being intentional with what we let enter our body makes for a healthier body that is able to process it, use those things for energy, and makes such a difference in how we feel each and every day.
