New menu! New this week, is the apple cobbler and the blueberry cobbler. These are made with fresh organic fruits, organic sugar, and organic flour. They will be offered in 8X8 or cups and will be in the refrigerator. Due to me not using any aluminum, it has made it a bit more difficult to figure out packaging. I have decided to bake all of the cobblers in glass, let them cool completely, then transfer them to other packaging. I know many people still use aluminum to bake in and to sell their items, but personally I am not doing it. The metals from the pans leach into the food and I do my very best to stay away from toxins. If I won’t eat it, I would not sell it to you to eat it. Another new item this week, is the oatmeal cream pies! This is a treat that takes me back to my childhood years. My mom would buy boxes of these for my brother and I, we would eat them quite often, yet I have not had one in many many years. The last store bought one I ate had a bad aftertaste of chemicals and preservatives and I chose to not buy anymore. Thankfully the homemade ones are much better than any store bought, don’t have any aftertaste, and don’t make your belly hurt. These are made with organic oats, organic sugars, and organic flours. The waffles will be stocked in the freezer; these are organic einkorn sourdough waffles. All you need to do is pull it from the freezer and pop it in the toaster just like you would store bought ones, so you still get the convenience, only with the highest quality ingredients. All sourdough loaves are sliced for your convenience unless you state you would prefer them not be sliced. All items are made from scratch, by hand, no artificial ingredients, no food dyes, with the highest quality ingredients. The bakery is a completely separate space from my main kitchen, no one else is sifting through the cabinets or the ingredients used to make your foods. It is clean and well maintained, and as always, every item is baked with love!
