the BreadHeads A European influenced bakery, made from scratch, and using local ingredients. Gluten Free breads available. Also sold at Market Square Farmer's Market.

We will be selling our breads every Saturday at Market Square Farmer's Market starting 04 May 2013 from 9-2. We can make most products gluten-free for a nominal fee, just ask! If you would like to place an order and have it delivered, for a nominal fee, or pick up items at my house, please inquire and we can work out details. Shipping, for out of state customers, is also a definite. I am in the be

ginning phase of this, and am very excited to finally get it up and running as I have been saving for this for over three years. Thank you for all the support and remember, if you are diabetic or have dietary limitations, just ask, I can make a variety of products to fit your needs! I am working on the website, but until it is up and running, please request a list of all breads and pastries, include your email, and within 24 hours I will send it to you. It will be in Word format, so if another format is desired, let me know and I will accomodate.

As I am waiting for my Visa and paperwork to take me across the world, I am gonna hone in on my skills for my project overseas. Asheville is amazing and I will explore it, but I really want to discover these tiny town outside and around Asheville as well. Right now, for the next week or two, I am in Marion, and will delve into this little town, as they let me, and share some of their stories. Their history. Their food. Their culture.

As my lease comes to a close, so does this journey in Knoxville. I hope you have enjoyed my sweet d'lites and savory goodness, as much as I have enjoyed creating them.
This Cafe has let me know this town and community on a more intimate level then I ever could've imagined. The memories will give me strength as I travel abroad and explore other adventures. Lately, a beach in Thailand sounds very nice!
Keep following me and sending great vibes as I explore more of the culinary world and the cultures attached to them.
