Learned some new techniques with acetate:
1 big two tier strawberry cake flavored with strawberry reduction and freeze dried strawberries, coated in whipped white chocolate ganache, filled with strawberry buttercream and strawberry coulis. Finished off with a 4-color camo strawberry buttercream and vanilla gum paste dog tags, army seals and boots painted silver.whew.....nap time
