Introducing Spiced Apple sourdough granola!

This fall flavor is here for a limited time at Red Panda Grocery in the Old City in downtown Knoxville, TN.

Loaded with all the best fall spices; cinnamon, ground cloves, ginger, and nutmeg. Plus yummy, chewy dried apples pieces and organic unsweetened applesauce to give it that pop of apple flavor!

Labeling each bag individually is the most time consuming part of this operation!
I am going to try custom stamps next and see how that goes.
It's all worth it in the end!

Ingredient spotlight!

I use local sorghum from Muddy Pond Sorghum Mill in my sourdough granola recipes.
I believe this gives my product a unique flavor, unlike the profile you get when using maple syrup.
I add in a very small amount of organic brown sugar and local honey to add to the sweetness!
