Ingredient spotlight!

I use local sorghum from Muddy Pond Sorghum Mill in my sourdough granola recipes.
I believe this gives my product a unique flavor, unlike the profile you get when using maple syrup.
I add in a very small amount of organic brown sugar and local honey to add to the sweetness!

I had such a great time at Foodees. Festival this weekend!
So thankful to everyone for the opportunity to be a part of my first market!
I met so many great people, and I can't wait to continue serving Knoxville! Who knows, maybe I'll branch out to other cities..
