Our bread is made daily using whole wheat flour ground here in the store, and non-bleached non-bromated white flour.

We make classics like Honey Whole Wheat and get adventurous with loaves like our Jalapeno Cheddar.

Introducing Old Mill Makes where we'll share a BTS look at how we make some of our customer-favorite staples—starting with our Cinnamon Swirl Bread.

This classic has been beloved since our business was founded in 1995. You might think of it as a dessert, but it's really one of our most versatile breads on our shelves. We love using it to add a sweet kick to a turkey sandwich, as well as for classic breakfast treats like French Toast.
