Did you know we have homemade pizza crusts at the bakery? We finished recipe testing on these a couple weeks ago and we are so excited to finally have them ready for you guys! They are a thin crust pizza, with an edge that gets deliciously crispy in the oven. They are sold in packs of 2, and you can find them in our freezers with all your favorite take-and-bakes! They are NF and DF, perfect for those who want to top them with allergen friendly ingredients. Swipe to see our favorite combo at the bakery, tomato sauce (the same delicious kind on our lasagna!) and loaded up with mozzarella cheese! Come give them a try!

We are all ready for graduation weekend! We’ve got mini cookie cakes, sugar cookies, and some grab and go cakes available in the freezer that we can write on for your graduate. Our Friday cake slice is a vanilla cake with cherry jam, and lemon frosting!
We’ve also got all the Friday favorites like glazed and iced donuts, blueberry donuts, and focaccia!

Have you ever shopped in our market section? If not, you’re in for a treat (or a snack)! We carry all the gluten free (and peanut free!) snacks you could ever want, including all the brands you see in these photos and more. We’ve got everything from dry goods like pastas, pretzels, and chips, to freezer items like Outside the Breadbox products, donuts, and a bunch of snacks from Feel Good Foods. While our kitchen is soy and corn free, allergens on the products that we keep in stock vary, so please check labels if you have more than a gluten free diet! Don’t see your favorite brands? Let us know! We are always on the lookout for more options to provide the Knoxville area with your favorites!

We’re going bananas with new recipes at the bakery… and that includes this new banana trifle! Made with a layer of our vanilla cake, homemade corn free vanilla pudding, slices of bananas, and whipped cream topping, it’s a delicious summer treat! We’re on the home stretch to Easter, and we have all the goodies you could want! Stop by for whole carrot cakes with cream cheese frosting (got a dairy or nut allergy? Ask our staff if we have any DF and NF carrot cakes!), sugar cookies, focaccia, and donuts. If you need breakfast or something for your table, we’ve got dinner rolls and biscuits aplenty! And if you need a last minute birthday cake, check our freezers for some plain vanilla or chocolate cake! We’ll see you until 4 today, or 9-2 tomorrow!
