Love is in the air this weekend! ❤️ Do you have plans this Valentines weekend? If not come find us at Knoxville Ice Bears all weekend.

Friday night is Pucks and Princess, puck drop 7:30pm.

Saturday is go for gold! Since it’s Valentines Day we will be featuring chocolate dipped strawberries 🍓. Puck drop is 7:30pm but stop by early to make sure you can get some to make your date night complete!

You can always find us on the west concourse of the Knoxville Civic Auditorium-Coliseum.

We were excited to try some authentic Dubai chocolate recently that it inspired us to make it into a cookie! We have a double chocolate cookie base topped with a phyllo dough pistachio chocolate topping then drizzled with chocolate!

Come try one and let us know if they should be on the regular menu.

It’s that time again…. Your Knoxville Ice Bears are hitting the ice. Tonight is an exhibition game against the Bulls puck drop 7:30pm. We will be back in our spot on the west concourse of the Knoxville Civic Auditorium-Coliseum. We’re excited for the start of the season, come check out what goodies we have this year!

Ever wonder what fairies and the forest creatures might eat? Well we imagine it would be our moss inspired brownies. As if they were plucked straight from the forest floor for your enjoyment. These brownies are topped with chocolate, vanilla “moss” and chocolate foliage. If you want to try one stop by today! We delivered these today and more on Friday but look for some amazing treats we will be delivering for Hobbit Day 9/20/25.

Tasty Tuesday! Pictured is our pecan pie bar. Sugar shortbread cookie bottom topped with a gooey caramel pecan topping. This treat tastes perfect with the cool crisp air mornings of fall!

We delivered some of this to Fable Hollow Coffee and Bookshoppe this morning, get some before they’re gone, or find some cruising around on the truck this week.
