1.❤️🆕👀📢PLEASE READ!! My schedule has less margin in it these days, and I am requesting that ANY special orders come in NO LATER than the SATURDAY BEFORE you'd like them. Saying YES to special orders is something I LOVE to do, but these days, it has become much more challenging. I purchase ingredients on the weekend, and having to run to the store during the week to grab last-minute ingredients is not the best use of my time. Thank you for understanding, and for helping me streamline my baking responsibilities.📢👀🆕❤️

2. Comment on post to claim items, first come first served.1️⃣

3. If you'd like to pick up at Sunago on one of the DAYS LISTED BELOW, please make mention of that in your comment. 📣📣📣Please note the drop times for items claimed will be delivered the following day or so depending on the delivery schedule that works best.📣📣📣

4. If you'd like to pick up at my home address, I will PM my location to you.🏚️

5. I will send you payment options (Venmo, PayPal, cash).💲‼️Please plan to pay promptly.‼️

8. Rachel Mae Bakes Baked Goods Terminology:
• "Sourdough" - leavened with 100% sourdough starter, zero commercial yeast and long-fermented. I use organic unbleached storebought flour for these baked goods. Just to clear up any confusion, legitimate sourdough will sometimes contain dairy, eggs, sugar, etc. Yes, TRADITIONAL sourdough is prepared with only water, salt, and flour. HOWEVER, ANY baked good that has been leavened and long-fermented with sourdough starter must be considered a genuine sourdough baked good.
• "Freshly Milled Unsifted Flour (FMF)" - prepared with 100% freshly milled wheat berries I mill at home and use immediately to halt oxidation. These baked goods contain 40/44 nutrients needed to sustain life as the germ and bran have not been sifted out.
• "Freshly Milled Unsifted Flour (FMF) Sourdough" - prepared with 100% freshly milled wheat berries I mill at home and use immediately to halt oxidation. I then long-ferment the dough using 100% sourdough starter. Again, this loaf is a powerhouse of nutrition vs. its white flour counterpart.
• "Sourdough Discard" - recipe is prepared with the addition of sourdough discard and baked immediately. The discard may add a tang to the baked goods, but it is NOT considered true sourdough as zero fermentation has taken place. I only have a few recipes I use discard for.

Organic Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls *almost* perfectly proofed and ready to bake. These velvety cinnamon rolls will be frosted with the most luxurious Maple-Browned Butter-Cream Cheese🍁🧈 frosting, a stunningly delicious combination of flavors you just will not find anywhere else.🥰 I admit to being a little sad that there are no extras of these this week. 🫐🍋These Organic Sourdough Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Sweet Rolls are perfection! My soft and fluffy Brioche dough swirled with a homemade Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake filling using local, organic blueberries from one of my amazing weekly customers. Topped with a homemade Graham Streusel using my Freshly Milled Unsifted Flour Graham Crackers, and topped with a tangy lemon glaze. Pure delight!🫐🍋
