Thank you Clark L. Reyes for allowing us to come serve at Emerald Youth Foundation and help pour into all the students and kids your organization ministers to daily. At the end of the day living out and sharing the good news of the gospel is what it’s all about and why we do what we do. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

We can’t tell you what it is yet, but we CAN give you a few clues 🔎

It’s soft and chewy

It’s got a little something in the middle

It might just be the ultimate milk-dunking companion

Grandma would approve

Coming soon to the porch pickup snd market lineup. Drop your guesses below 👇 — closest guess might just get first dibs when it launches!

What is your local cottage bakery doing when we aren’t baking fresh sourdough creations and sweet treats? Of course we are canning yummy jams with produce fresh from our and other local gardens. 🍓🌶️

We love spending time tending to our garden the same way we love spending time fulfilling orders and bringing our community new made-from-scratch recipes. We wouldn’t have it any other way. 💜 Can’t wait to see you at our next pop-up or for porch pickup!

With love,
Waves of Grain Co. 🌾

Just 3 ingredients. That’s it. 🍞

Flour. Water. Salt. Compare that to the ingredient list on most store-bought bread — sugar, preservatives, dough conditioners, and names you can’t pronounce.

We believe bread should be this simple. That’s why our original sourdough contains only 3 simple ingredients. Pre-order today at our website or come see us at our Saturday morning pop up from 8am-12pm at the Food City off Middlebrook Pike.
