My first italian cream cake I made. I also included recipes

I've been using my digital notebook to write new recipes so hopefully one of these days I'll have a cook book with all of my recipes I've made over the past 6 years. And there's easily 300+ recipes. All my own adaptations.

If you use a scale and know weights you can substitute ingredients and make new recipes. It's a little more complex based on the ingredient but it has always been my draw to baking that it is so versatile and that it's very much mad scientists based. Once you understand why the reaction happens the results can be limitless.
