It’s been awhile, but I got to play with some fondant this weekend 🩷

Had to do a last minute pivote to white chocolate “paper” after the fondant piece broke during assembly. I wish it had the finesse of the first paper, but for a cake with *zero* preparation, she’s pretty neat :)

Howdy y’all! Here’s a fun post for a not-so-fun announcement. Unfortunately, I will be closing Yeehaw Pastries indefinitely. I have a torn rotator cuff and severe bicep tendinitis that will *hopefully* be fixed in November. My surgery recovery time will range from 3 months to a year, so I’m really not sure when I will get back into the swing of things. I am ceasing all future orders* so please contact me if I haven’t already messaged you. This is my third rotator cuff surgery in three years which is pretty financially impossible.
