Slightly different schedule this week due to unforeseen circumstances ; we are open our normal mornings Tuesday Thursday & Friday 7:30am-2ish pm, but we *will NOT* be open Wednesday afternoon the 9th from 3pm-6pm. Next week we will be back to a normal schedule!! If you preordered for this week, I’ll be in touch. If you get a preorder in before Monday at 10am tomorrow, you’ll be picking up on the 16th.
Our Dolly bagel special will be running on our open mornings (TThF) so plan to come through for our month long fundraiser for the Imagination Library. Thanks!

In memory of our Appalachian Queen, we are offering a special, limited time bagel for the month of September. Starting Friday, September 4th, come in for “The Dolly” - a strawberry bagel paired with glitter cream cheese. A portion of the proceeds from this bagel special will be donated to the Knox County Imagination Library to help carry on her legacy.

If you haven't had a chance to walk up our BRAND NEW STAIRS into our FRONT ENTRANCE for sourdough goods yet, come on by! Find us in the loading dock area at 2006 Barber St in South Knoxville between Redbud Kitchen and Hi-Wire Brewing. An accessible entrance is located to the left of our main entrance through the hallway.
**Our hours are Tues, Thurs, Fri 7:30am- 2pm(ish) and Wed 3pm-6pm **

When your baker bestie is in town, you bake together! As many of you may have heard/seen, Leah Leah Heres will be offering her brioche knots on Friday July 17 at our bakery starting at 8:30am. In line with the German-of-it-all, we'll be offering sourdough soft pretzels for the first time! And if you've never had a warm soft pretzel with butter, you haven't been livin'. You can preorder pretzels for Friday 11am-2pm pickup or you can just swing by! Preorders close Wednesday at 10 and are available using the link in our bio. See you Friday!
