If you haven't had a chance to walk up our BRAND NEW STAIRS into our FRONT ENTRANCE for sourdough goods yet, come on by! Find us in the loading dock area at 2006 Barber St in South Knoxville between Redbud Kitchen and Hi-Wire Brewing. An accessible entrance is located to the left of our main entrance through the hallway.
**Our hours are Tues, Thurs, Fri 7:30am- 2pm(ish) and Wed 3pm-6pm **

When your baker bestie is in town, you bake together! As many of you may have heard/seen, Leah Leah Heres will be offering her brioche knots on Friday July 17 at our bakery starting at 8:30am. In line with the German-of-it-all, we'll be offering sourdough soft pretzels for the first time! And if you've never had a warm soft pretzel with butter, you haven't been livin'. You can preorder pretzels for Friday 11am-2pm pickup or you can just swing by! Preorders close Wednesday at 10 and are available using the link in our bio. See you Friday!

Taryn Ferro, a Knox-local multidisciplinary photographer, presents Analog Appalachia. This series of photographs in film explores the stillness and beauty to still be found in the area, reminding us to reconnect with moments and become in-touch with analogue experiences.

Mark your calendars for our first public community event in the bakery space. With DJ spinning vinyl, refreshments, and sourdough snacks, it's not one to miss. 🔥 Our area is very walkable/bikeable with Gay St Pedestrian Bridge connecting us to Downtown Knox. Parking is available onsite as well as at Suttree Landing Park, James White overpass, and several side streets in Old Sevier. May 1st. 6pm. 2006 Barber St 37920. Be there.
