May is Celiac Disease Awareness Month

My son was diagnosed at 3 after multiple hospitalizations. By 4, he was reading labels to stay safe. He’s missed out on treats, quietly stepped back from snacks-pretending to not be hungry to avoid “talks”, and gotten sick from cross-contamination more times than I can count.

And still—he smiles.
Still—he notices the happy things.
He’s my reason for The Wheatless Whisk, and the heart behind every gluten-free bite.
