I'm considering doing a sale next week, with goodies available for my Knoxville people on Thursday, October 15, and my Breaux Bridge people on Friday, October 16!

Before I commit to spending hours in the kitchen, I need to see if there's enough interest to make it worthwhile. 😅

I have to travel to Louisiana TWICE this month, so I'm hoping to make enough from this sale to help cover the cost of those trips. Ideally, I'd love to cover both, but if there's enough interest to pay for even one, IT'S ON!

Sometimes I just get bored and like to play around a little bit.

And since it's my Fall Break, I decided to experiment with a few things I've been wanting to offer.

Homemade banana bread and pumpkin spice thumbprint cookies 🍂🍌🍞🎃🍪🍂

The banana bread is super soft and fluffy on the inside with a perfect crust on the outside. Nuts, chocolate chips, or any additions of your choice can be added. Definitely need a smaller bread loaf pan for this particular recipe 🤣

Pumpkin spice cookies with cream cheese buttercream and pumpkin spice finishing sugar. Perfect size for two delicious bites or you can easily eat a whole cookie in one go 😜

I am a baker, NOT a decorator 😅

However, if a customer has a special request, I will give 100% effort to try and make their vision come to life.

My cookies will never have the wonderfully illustrated designs that "boutique" sugar cookies have, but I can definitely create the *essence* of a theme.

I already have improvements in mind if anyone else decides to order them in the future, but I'm definitely giving myself a pat on the back for how these turned out on my very first try 🎊
