Hi! i’m Alexis but i go by lexi, im the owner of Lexi’s Heavenly Bites. I started this little business in hopes to help me with grief, i lost my mom back in april of this year, i started this business in july of this year, i’ve bin doing competive cheer for 8 and a half years but had to take a break this season and im hoping to go back for spring season using some of the money i make from this business.
When i started this businesses i didn’t expect to really get anywhere but my second and 3rd order both were due on the same day) one was 9 dozen and the other was 2 dozen, ofc i tried my hardest and free handed everything, as of right now all my cookies are free handed but ive gotten wonderful feed back even when i thought i wouldnt. Like a lot of bakers, music helps the time go by, my favorite band ever since i could even remember has bin , they’ve helped me through a lot, i hope that maybe one day once i can afford to get a projector so i can up my cookie game, i plan on doing a shinedown themed cookie set but im gonna keep the rest of the details secret till then, but i hope this post helped you get to know me and maybe even find someone who is jsut like you.
