I want to make something unmistakably clear.

I’m not out here to “dominate a market” or bad mouth others doing similar things.

I started selling bread, baked goods and cakes because it’s something I actually enjoy doing.
I’ve always loved baking and decorating cakes and was told many times, “you could sell these”

I SUPPORT ALL who bake their own bread and want to sell it….all micro bakeries and local shop owners selling baked goods with real ingredients.

I’ve shared recipes with other bakers, tips and tricks, and they’ve shared with me.
I’ve even gone to friend’s home to show and teach how I make sourdough, and I’ve given starter away. (This is also how I got my starter-but that’s a story for a different time ♥️)

I want people to be healthy, or at least have the choice to be, and know what is actually in their food. My dream would be to have a bread maker in EVERY neighborhood, on EVERY street. That way we can stop buying things with awful ingredients that are hurting our health and “stick it” to those large companies that don’t have our best interests in mind.

I am one person with one oven and one fridge and I will never be able to supply an entire community. So the more the merrier!

I loved the theme for this first birthday, and it was my first attempt at these meringue mushrooms.

So fun and they were definitely a hit! ….Maybe even more so than the cupcakes😝

It was my nearest and dearest friend’s birthday yesterday and we had these to celebrate.

Nostalgia hitting hard with this copy cat cosmic brownie recipe using sourdough brownies 🥰

And while we enjoyed the afternoon sun yesterday, I forgot to take a photo after we cut them…and then forgot to take a photo AGAIN after cutting the second batch I made 🤦🏻‍♀️

July has officially kicked off and we decided to start a little project.

This has been something we’ve wanted to add since moving and renovating, but it wasn’t high on the priority list…until the recent increase in baking 😜

More counter and storage space for more yummy homemade goodies!

It’s almost finished and the kitchen is a little more in order now.

Bagels, bread, English muffins, and scones! All delivered today.

Phew, what a haul. I’m testing out my one oven-one fridge kitchen to see how many baked goods I can produce at once.

Could I do enough in the future to stock a booth at a market or little farm stand? We shall see!!

Alright, we’re back from a weekend in Door County and besides having an amazing and relaxing time, I picked up some local Door County flavor! 🍒

Time to add them to baked goods 😝
