Happy Birthday to a wonderful person the world needs more of!

This was one of the bigger cakes I’ve done.
2 layers of vanilla cake with a cherry butter cream filling and almond frosting 🤤

This was a truly special cake…it celebrated a 60 year wedding anniversary.
The diamond 💎 anniversary.
How incredible to have so much love for that long. What a blessing.

I want to make something unmistakably clear.

I’m not out here to “dominate a market” or bad mouth others doing similar things.

I started selling bread, baked goods and cakes because it’s something I actually enjoy doing.
I’ve always loved baking and decorating cakes and was told many times, “you could sell these”

I SUPPORT ALL who bake their own bread and want to sell it….all micro bakeries and local shop owners selling baked goods with real ingredients.

I’ve shared recipes with other bakers, tips and tricks, and they’ve shared with me.
I’ve even gone to friend’s home to show and teach how I make sourdough, and I’ve given starter away. (This is also how I got my starter-but that’s a story for a different time ♥️)

I want people to be healthy, or at least have the choice to be, and know what is actually in their food. My dream would be to have a bread maker in EVERY neighborhood, on EVERY street. That way we can stop buying things with awful ingredients that are hurting our health and “stick it” to those large companies that don’t have our best interests in mind.

I am one person with one oven and one fridge and I will never be able to supply an entire community. So the more the merrier!

All the love ♥️♥️♥️
