Getting ready to deliver this to Nicky Foster. If you haven’t taken all the steps to be in her BIONIC MAN drawing, I highly recommend that you do! She’s got some pretty amazing stuff to give away tomorrow. So a huge thanks to Amazing Grace Picker and Klamath Basin Lock & Security LLC for putting this together to help our community of small businesses. The cake is a moist lemon cake with raspberry filling. Some lucky duck will have this for dessert tomorrow! 🦆

Another mallard cake flew out this weekend and took 4 dozen cookies with him. My lemon lush cake… a fan favorite. Congratulations Marcus!

When the request is cheeta print and neon… rich chocolate cake with raspberry filling and American buttercream. Yummy if I do say so myself.

Warm congratulations to Shannon F. who just got her associates degree. Homemade carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and cupcakes! They were French vanilla/raspberry and Butterfinger (rich chocolate cake, creamy peanut butter frosting and crushed Butterfingers on top) So yummy!

I finally tried my hand on making gum paste cabbage roses for this cake. I’m pretty happy with it but see room for improvement. As a cake decorator, we are always learning! This was a 3 layer poppyseed cake with macerated fresh strawberries and American buttercream frosting.

Today at the Bonanza Farmers Market I have S’more cookies, Red Velvet/Oreo cookies, Dot cookies (if ya know, ya know!) Royal Icing graduation cookies, Chocolate Dipped Oreos, Chocolate Cake w/ Peanut Butter frosting, Strawberry or Chocolate Cake Pops! Who needs loose pants anyway???
