You've asked for it, so here's a behind-the-scenes look at how Nikki makes the giant sourdough cinnamon rolls that have become a Hope Street Farmstand favorite!

Made with our active sourdough starter, real butter, farm-fresh eggs, and a rich vanilla glaze, these rolls spend hours rising to create that soft, fluffy texture everyone loves.

Meet our newest bakery creation... think Suzie Q, but bigger, richer, fresher, and made the Hope Street way.

Two layers of moist chocolate cake, filled with fluffy vanilla marshmallow cream, and covered in a decadent chocolate ganache that drips down every side. One bite and you'll understand why this might be our favorite dessert we've ever made.

Well... our label printer officially decided to retire without giving a two-week notice. 😅

Because of that, you'll notice that many of our baked goods are unlabeled this weekend.

To make sure everyone has access to ingredient and allergen information, we've created a complete ingredient sheet for every item available in the barn this weekend. A copy will be posted inside the barn, and we'll have extra copies available for anyone who would like to take one home.

A lot of people have been asking how we make our banana nut bread with caramel drizzle… so we finally filmed it 👀🎥

This loaf is loaded with: 🤎 Over-ripe bananas
