Baby Shower cake that went out today. The theme was Dr.Seuss the places you’ll go. The family chose lemon cake with a blueberry compote and red velvet. The balloon basket is also cake and all is covered in American buttercream. There are fondant decorations and the hot air balloon is a foam ball covered in tissue paper. Thank you so much to the Emmens family for the order.

Newest creation for my niece, Delaney’s 9th birthday. She chose Wednesday Addams as her theme this year and this was a fun one! Bottom tier is a 3 layer vanilla cake and top tier is chocolate both with buttercream frosting. A lot of chocolate work and some fondant decorations as well.

Todays challenge was Fornite. After a lot of research I decided on this combo. Bottom tier is chocolate sponge and buttercream. Top tier is vanilla sponge & buttercream. I cut out the emblem as well as the marshmallow smile in fondant, added a sugar cone tree and toys. Thank you so much for asking me to be a small part of your day.

Had the pleasure of making my uncles surprise birthday cake and cupcakes this past weekend. The cake is a 3 layer 6” chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream and German chocolate center. The decorations include mini Jack Daniels, and assortment of chocolate candies. Pretzel thins and a thin layer of German chocolate frosting. The cupcakes are a traditional French vanilla and chocolate sponge with buttercream frosting. Thanks again Jenni!

This cake was dropped off today for a birthday boy turning 4. Thank you to the family for asking me to be a small part of his special day. Two tier yellow cake with buttercream frosting. The hulks fist was molded from fondant.
