June menu is up! This will be my last preorder/pop-up until September. All of my baked goods freeze very well, so you can stock up to get you through summer ā˜€ļø The preorder window opens tomorrow, Wednesday, June 3rd, at 1:00pm and closes Wednesday, June 10th at 11:00am. I just learned that today is World Baking Day! What will they think of next!? Big thanks to everyone who placed preorders this past week. Chatting and laughing with everyone and meeting new faces is always a good time and something I look forward to ā¤ļø I was also lucky to have an extra blueberry lemon quick bread and it didn’t last even five minutes in my house. My next preorder will be sometime in June and then I’ll be shutting down for the summer, opening up again in September after school starts.

Preorders are still open! The order window closes this Wednesday, May 13th, at 11:00am and pickup will be Friday, May 15th from 4:00pm-6:00pm. I’m excited about this month’s menu…I mixed things up a little bit with Blueberry Lemon Quick Bread and Vanilla Cake with Strawberry Buttercream. Teacher Appreciation Week. With all of my son’s challenges, I’m so grateful for all the support he receives from his teachers. A loaf of bread doesn’t seem like enough to show my gratitude. Thank you, teachers!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I combined March and April sales and split them evenly between Washington Autism Alliance and Food Lifeline. We raised $13 for each. I will do the same for May and June sales before I shut down for the summer. I really can’t thank you enough for your continued support. You’ve made a difference in my life by supporting my teeny tiny bakery and in turn, you’re supporting others in our community. THANK YOU!!! ā¤ļø

I’ll be posting the May menu in the next couple of days (pickup will be Friday, May 15th). I really wanted to do something for Mother’s Day, but this upcoming week is unusually busy for me. However, we’ll continue to celebrate all the moms the following week (but let’s be real here…moms should be celebrated everyday, all year long!).

My son and I made cake batter cookies to celebrate spring break. We used our favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe and switched things up a bit: white chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet, cake batter extract instead of vanilla and added a bunch of sprinkles. My renewal is due in September and I may have to add these to my rotation because they are delicious! Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
