I want to take a moment to sincerely thank each and every one of you—my longtime customers and all the new faces—who came out to support Bits & Pieces at the market yesterday!

It was such a pleasure meeting so many wonderful people from the Crosby community. Every purchase, kind word, recommendation, and person who stopped by my table means more to me than you know. I truly appreciate your support and for allowing me to continue doing something I absolutely love. ❤️

🦃 THANKSGIVING ORDERS ARE NOW OPEN! 🦃

I know it seems early, but I’ve already been receiving several requests for cinnamon rolls and cheesecakes, so I’m officially opening my Thanksgiving order book!

Because my cheesecakes are made from scratch and are a process of their own, I will only be accepting 50 cheesecake orders this year—and 17 spots are already BOOKED! 🍰

Ya’ll don’t forget to come it this weekend and see all the great vendors we have. We will most definitely have a little something for everyone!
I will be there with lots of goodies. I will have everything from sourdough bread to homemade scratch jalapeño cheddar biscuits, jumbo cinnamon rolls and my breakfast rolls with homemade gravy. There will be Fresh cookies - fall flavors such as pecan pie stuffed cookie, my honey cornbread, cookie, pumpkin pie cookie, my cinnamon roll pumpkin cookie and many many more. I will have Cheesecake slices - different flavors and cake slices various flavors - and a limited supply of Dubai brownies and cookies. Come on out and check us all out. Can’t wait to see you all! 

Unfortunately we are at our capacity with vendors. However we do have a waitlist that I will gladly put you on.

I would just like to post a little something about my bakery for all the New comers and people who have never visited my page or tried my products. And for all my repeat customers if you haven’t left me a review please do so. It only takes a second, but it means the world to me. And don’t forget to like follow and share.

When I started baking, I never dreamed of becoming the biggest bakery or making the most money. I simply wanted to share something I love with other people.

And because of YOU, Bits & Pieces was honored with the 2026 Cream of the Crop award! 🏆❤️ Knowing that my customers enjoy what I make enough to support and recognize my little home bakery means more to me than I can put into words.

I know there are plenty of choices out there, and I’ve even been told my prices are a little higher than some. But I will never sacrifice quality for quantity.

Everything I make is freshly made to order, never frozen, and made with organic ingredients whenever possible. I take pride in what comes out of my kitchen, and I’ve taken the extra steps to hold my Food Safety Manager certification and properly register my home bakery.

There may be plenty of similar treats out there, but there is only one Bits & Pieces. ❤️

What many people don’t know is that I work four full-time jobs on top of baking. I don’t do this because I have to—I bake because I LOVE IT. Much of what I earn goes right back into our community through school donations, benefits, and helping families throughout Crosby and Huffman. I have honestly given back more than I have ever gained in profit, and that is something I’m incredibly proud of.

So when you order from Bits & Pieces, you aren’t just buying a loaf of bread, a cookie, a cinnamon roll, or a cheesecake.

You’re supporting a passion, a dream, and a little home bakery with a very big heart. ❤️
