All of our products are 100% homemade, down from breaking the egg to hand shaping the pastry. None of our products contain any type of preservative. Aside from our regular pastries we also offer homemade flour tortillas and barbacoa (Weekends Only). Hi everyone the weekend is coming! We’ll have our showcases filled with a large selection of Pan Dulce, Donuts, Danish Pastries and Cookies. Barbacoa is available every Saturday and Sunday. Our fresh flour tortillas go perfect with our Barbacoa. Thank you for the continued support and allowing us to do what we love!

We are El Pastel Bakery, our delicious pan dulce starts from scratch every night. Our bakers come in at 9:30pm and work all night long to make sure your pan dulce is soft and fresh. All our recipes are originally from CDMX. It’s the weekend which means our showcases will be filled to capacity with a large variety of pan dulce, donuts and cookies! We are back to normal business hours. Please take notice Wednesday-Friday we open at 5:15am-12pm then reopen at 2:30pm-5pm. Saturday we open at 5:15am-3pm and Sunday 5:15am-1pm or sell out. Good evening,

It’s the weekend, you know what that means! Barbacoa is cooking and we will have our variety of lengua(tongue), eyes and cheek meat. We cook whole beef heads to be able to provide a variety and flavorful Barbacoa. Our hours for Saturday (7/25) are from 5:15am-3pm. Then Sunday (7/26) are 5:15am-1pm. Our displays will be full, along with some new items. Thank you for your continued support and we hope to see you this weekend!

Our schedule for the rest of the week 7/10-7/12. Friday 7/10 and Saturday 7/11 we will be open from 5:15am-3pm. Sunday 7/12 5:15am-1pm. Have you tried all 10 flavors of empanadas? How about our famous Pink Cake or Regalo? We have a large variety of items from conchas, campechanas, gusanos and so much more. We hope to see yall this weekend, we will have plenty of Barbacoa and tortillas. We cook whole beef heads, so there’s a selection of eyes, tongue and cheek. Barbacoa is available only Saturdays and Sundays. Thank you for the continued support and allowing us to be operating for more than 40 years!
