📢 Attention Valued Customers

Beginning immediately, all custom orders will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
In the 8 years since opening our doors, we have never required deposits. However, we are now finding that nearly every weekend custom orders are left unpaid and unclaimed, resulting in products being discarded after hours of preparation, baking, and decorating.
To help us continue providing the quality and service our customers expect, a deposit will now be required to secure all custom orders.

Additionally, any order not picked up by 1:00 PM on Saturdays that requires staff to return after closing will be subject to a $20 late pickup fee.
We completely understand that life gets busy and sometimes things slip through the cracks—we've all been there! But our team works hard throughout the week and would also like to enjoy their time off with their families.
We appreciate your understanding, support, and continued business. Thank you for helping us make this transition a smooth one.
