🎄 IT'S K R I N G L E TIME! & Time for an U P D A T E!!! 🎄

I hope everyone is doing well! I thought this would be the perfect time to give everyone an update on our current business status.

I have been super busy putting our new home together and getting everything all set to go for Kandy's Cakery. It has been a super busy few months! I hope to have everything set to go for business as usual starting sometime in the 1st quarter of the year 🙏 (My goal is to be back up and running by Valentine's Day Deliveries!)

Although I can't offer anything for Christmas time. My daughter Leigha does a Kringle Fundraiser for her school each year I'd like to share with you! You can place your order via message with the following information:

🍬 Name, Telephone #, and Type of Kringle(s)
💸 Payment to my Venmo preferred, but I will take cash at pick up!
$25 per Kringle.
📅 Orders have to be placed by December 2nd and pick up will be at my new house on December 13th, 14th & 15th ♡

Kringles freeze SO WELL! They are perfect for Christmas Gatherings! Here at the Smith house we LOVE them Christmas morning!!!!!! I hope you all take part of this awesome YUMMY tradition!!!

Thank you all for your continued support! I have also been super busy trying to keep up with Lukey. For being a premature baby of TWO whole months he gives me a run for my money! Boy energy is no joke, it is a fulltime job. I have to keep my eyes on this super active boy 24/7. I have had to call poison control, a handful of Urgent Care visits, trip to Green Bay's ER, and daily head to floor situations has me umm....busy(and a tad insane! 😅) On a more serious note please keep him in your prayers the next couple months. He will be undergoing some procedures to find out what kind of mass is in his nose 🙏

♡ U P D A T E ♡

Good morning, everyone! I hope you're all enjoying winter and getting ready to welcome fresh spring weather soon! I know I'm ready!

I have had many inquiries lately, and right now, I am holding off on any new orders because of supply issues. Many of you are aware of the egg shortage and insane prices that follow. I am finally starting to feel these effects.

I've been looking as far down as Madison for my liquid egg whites. I've been using the same pasteurized egg whites for 7 years, and I haven't been able to find any for about a month. I've used different brands before in a pinch, but I can't even find off brands I use. I have called and every manager tells me the same thing, "We won't know until they we are off loading the truck." Which helps me none.

My Buttercream depends on this item♡ I also use them in my white based cake for convenience, but I have been using regular eggs during this time.

I never claimed to be professional nor ever will. I'm just a stay at home momma who really loves to bake for you all! I'm not confident enough to heat treat my own egg whites and put people at risk on a gamble.

Right now, I'm waiting out this shortage and hope things will get back to normal soon. I've always prided myself on being very transparent with you all. If you have an order for March and April, I will be reaching out to you, or please feel free to reach out sooner with any questions♡

❤️ U P D A T E ❤️

Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a great new year and despite the news of 6 more weeks of winter I hope you're enjoying your days! I wanted to give a quick update as to everyone asking about Valentine's Day This year.

As you all know it has been one of my long standing traditions to do Valentine's Day Deliveries with some proceeds going to a great cause in our community. Unfortunately, this year I tried to line it up but I can't make it happen due to childcare. With my son being our newest (and final) edition to our family my business dynamic has changed drastically. I am strictly working off of my husband's schedule so I have a definite someone to look after and care for my kiddos. It's a big task to find someone to come sit at my house for 10 hours a day 4 days out of the week to fill these orders.

Unfortunately, Jereme works the days leading up to and including Valentine's which leaves me no caregiver for my velcro baby. And no time to put into each detail of my usual chocolate covered strawberries, cupcakes, and route planning. I'm super bummed. But I know this is just for a short time while he is in the infant stage.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition period! I have enclosed Andrea's Sweet Designs Menu for your review if you need anything this year! As you all know she's pretty fantastic!!!♡
