This ain’t my first rodeo… but making everything edible never gets old.

From the cowboy hat to the belt buckle, everything you see is edible. The belt was braided by hand, the buckle was carved by hand, and every paisley detail was created freehand.

When I say handmade, I mean right down to the smallest detail.

This Bar Mitzvah was Awesome AF 😎

And in this case, AF happens to be the Bar Mitzvah boy’s initials!

His custom cake brought some of his favorite things to life, complete with a hand sculpted edible bicycle riding along the road and a pair of handmade edible skis.

From the road to the tiniest details, everything you see was handmade. A cake as unique as the person it was made for.

Soft blush pink, matching drips, handmade edible flowers and macarons… and the best part? When the birthday girl loves her bunnies, you recreate them in cake too. 🐰

This one means more to me than I can put into words. ❤️

Marlin Magazine recently published a beautiful tribute to my dad, Hy Jacobson, and his life and work as a marine artist and sculptor.

My dad could take a piece of teak and turn it into something that felt alive. Growing up around his art, I don’t think I realized just how much of that creativity was being passed down to me.

Today, when I’m sculpting a cake, shaping details by hand, or figuring out how to turn an idea into something three-dimensional, I know exactly where that part of me came from.

I may have traded teak for cake and fondant, but I got my creativity and love of sculpting from my dad. ❤️

I’m so proud to be his daughter and to carry a little piece of his artistry forward in my own way.

Thank you, Marlin Magazine, for honoring my dad and featuring him one last time. It means more to me and my family than you know.

Forever missed. Forever inspiring me. ❤️

This Harry Potter baby shower cake was created to celebrate the sweetest little wizard before his greatest adventure begins. From the edible baby wizard topper and tiny wizard robes to the owl, lightning bolt baby shoes, and even the wand, every magical detail was handcrafted with love.
