Not surprisingly, my weekend involved baking. Cookies for friends. I will not be able to bake for a few weekends, so I had to bake something! Believe it or not at the end of the month I’ll be getting a jump on my holiday baking. My annual trip to visit my sister has a bonus this year- my niece’s wedding! ❤️❤️

Turns out the commercial ones will be coming to stores around November.
I beat them to the punch and mine won’t ever have preservatives!
I even tried to get the smiles- they’re the snack that smiles back! 💜

Today’s bake are flourless double chocolate chip cookies. I used to bake these only around Passover for friends to enjoy with their celebration. But they quickly turned into a requested favorite of other friends and now I find myself baking them all year! Why wait for one holiday when they make any day feel like a holiday?!💜
