My Story

IN HOME GLUTEN FREE - PALEO BAKERY (WITH SOME VEGAN OPTIONS) - Everything is baked to order and free of gluten, grains, dairy, refined-sugar & soy. There is also a few Vegan options for those that are egg free. All orders require 72 hours notice if possible. Check out my website for the menu - PaleoPrimalSweets.com. You can also find my desserts at Wildflower Cafe, Cocoon Coffee, and Kala Coffeehouse located in Mason, Cavu Coffee located in West Chester, Goshen Grind, Harvest Market located in Milford, The Wellness Lounge & The Greenhouse Cafe located in Lebanon and Jucie Bar Anderson.

I am excited to share my love for desserts full of nutritional value that I could offer without hesitation. I am thankful God led me down this road over 4 1/2 years ago, and I can’t wait to see where it takes me!
