It got real sweaty. 🤣 Toting everything back and forth from our respective cars onto this trail. Sami scouted this beautiful spot. She sanded and repainted that table. She picked flowers. She got my vision 100% and I cannot wait for the finished product. We went so hard on this. ⁣

Nothing is overly sweet. You get just the right amount to tartness from the fruits that melds perfectly with the sweetness of buttercream. And then the textures of crunchy cookies & creamy ganache. ⁣

Each year I set small goals and this year has seen the most growth for me. ⁣
⁣
And I’m not just talking monetarily. But in starting new things like workshops, being very intentional with the orders I accept. And working towards where I want to be. ⁣

Growth doesn’t happen overnight, it happens in small almost daily intentional steps towards your goals. It’s not flashy. It’s not look at me. It’s you, your business, the people that help build and support you, and then of course my clients. ⁣

This cake was from my branding shoot. On an 80 degree day in the shade it began to slouch. When I got home from my shoot I popped it back in the fridge so I could set it out on an even hotter day. So surprise. On a 90+ degree day it completely melts. Even in the shade. ⁣Within 45min the buttercream was already melty. Then by 2.5 hours the buttercream was completely melted and split.

Do not leave it in your car. Do not leave it in the shade. Butter melts. ⁣
