Jesus proclaims, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life" (John 8:12)

I whipped these light bulb cookies for a local VBS teacher to share with her kiddos. I have no idea what the central theme of her VBS was, but the Bible mentions the word “light” around 200 or more times depending on the version you read. To me, that signifies the importance of light both literally through creation and our salvation and metaphorically as what is good and truthful. ♥️ 🙏 Thank goodness for a loving, forgiving God that provides light in our lives despite our shortcomings and the chaos of Earth.

It was a busy week this past week. I created Father’s Day cookie orders, baby shower turtle cookies and a small 30th birthday cake! Thanks to everyone who ordered from me! I greatly appreciate it and hope y’all enjoyed your treats!

Now that the celebration has been had, I can share these bridal shower cookies that I sent out Friday. The theme was floral and I was given creative freedom to do whatever (which is always nice). Shouting “THANK YOU” to Becky for ordering from me for the special occasion. She is a continued customer from the beginning. ♥️ I would also like to wish Jade and Isaac the best as they move toward marital bliss as husband and wife! ♥️

Father’s Day is about a week away and I know some of y’all don’t have your shopping done. So why not buy dad cookies in the shape of burger and fries to wish him a “Happy Flipping Father’s Day”?!?! 🍔 🍟 The pictures below are not mine but should give you a general idea of what the it would look like. The cookie meal would be $25 with tax included and picked up here at the farm. Orders need to be placed by Tuesday, June 16th to be ready by Saturday!

Late post: I had the honor of making graduation cookies for students from 3 different schools this year. Each set of cookies was unique in their theme which had my creative juices flowing! I was really happy with how they all turned out. Thanks to the graduate mommas for their orders this year!
