Potential hazards of running a micro-bakery:

Clients get warm, fresh loaves.
You get… completely seduced by the smell of baking bread and end up baking “just one” for yourself. Every. Single. Time.

At this point, I’m not sure if I run a bakery or just an elaborate excuse to feed my carb addiction. 🥖🔥

Get those orders in. There’s nothing like a freshly baked loaf of bread on a Saturday morning🤍
