💙 HE’S HERE!!!! Lolli has officially been promoted!!!! 💙👶🏻

As many of you know, I limited my custom orders this week to just ONE wedding cake in anticipation of my little Snickerdoodle making his grand entrance into the world… and HE DID!!!! 🥹💙

Please welcome our precious grandson, Colsen Kenneth! 💙

Born October 14, weighing in at a whopping 9 pounds, 8 ounces and 21 inches long! 🍼💙 That’s a whole lotta sweetness right there!!!

Of course, in true Lolli fashion, I asked the kids if they wanted me to whip up some baked goodies, and the vote was UNANIMOUS… CINNAMON ROLLS! 😂

So I fed my sourdough starter, rolled up my sleeves, and got to work making some delicious homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls topped with sweet buttercream frosting! 🤤

And let me tell you, these rolls might be sweet, but they don’t hold a candle to my precious new grandson! 🥹💙

My heart is so incredibly full, and I have a feeling this little boy is going to have Lolli and Pop wrapped around those tiny fingers in no time! 💙

🎃 Sometimes Pop Just Wants a Dessert of His Own! 😂🧡

Pop says to me, “Can you PLEASE just make a dessert that’s for us? No rejects, no broken cookies, no leftovers… just a little something for us to enjoy.”

Gahhhh! 🙄😂 Yeah, yeah, okay FINE! I suppose the man deserves a fresh dessert every once in a while instead of living off the bakery rejects! 🤣

So what did Lolli whip up? A PUMPKIN ROLL! 🎃

And let me tell you… this thing is a WORK OF ART, if I do say so myself! 😍 Just LOOK at that cream cheese filling! 🤤🤤🤤

Pop is out golfing, and he’s going to be one happy camper when he walks through that door! ⛳️

And that filling?! Sweet baby Jesus, I swear I can already feel it going straight to my hips! 😂 But hey, it’s fall, and calories don’t count when pumpkin is involved, right?! 😉

But you know Lolli can’t leave well enough alone, so I stuffed that baby with salted caramel! A soft, cinnamon-sugar cookie with a sweet, gooey caramel surprise inside! 🤤

Meet Lolli’s newest bakery toy! 🍪💜

This little bakery rack holds up to 10 half-sheet pans, which is an absolute DREAM when you’re cranking out cookies like I do!

And the BEST part?! It tucks perfectly underneath my snack bar in the dining room, completely out of the way when I’m not using it! 👏🏻

Now, do I already think I need another one? Absolutely! 🤣 But that’s a problem for another day!

More room for cookies, less clutter in my house, and one happy Lolli!

Whew, friends…October is filling up FAST! 😅 You all have officially filled up a few more days on my calendar, so I wanted to give everyone an updated look at my availability.

I am officially BOOKED and NOT accepting any additional CUSTOM orders for:

🩵 October 23, 24 & 25
🩷 October 27, 28, 29, 30 & 31

⚠️ BUT PLEASE READ THIS PART! ⚠️

Being booked for custom orders DOES NOT mean my Halloween preorders are closed! 🎃👻

Halloween preorders are STILL OPEN and will remain open until all of my available preorder spots are spoken for AND paid for. Once I hit my limit, I’ll shut them down — and with the way my calendar is looking, I wouldn’t wait too long! 😂

💰 If you currently have an outstanding invoice, payment is due by October 22 to secure your order. An unpaid invoice does not guarantee your spot, especially as I get closer to capacity.

I absolutely LOVE that you guys keep me this busy, but there is only one Lolli, two hands and apparently a piping hand that I continue to abuse. 😂🫶🏻

I think one thing people don’t always realize—or take into consideration—when they decide to become a baker/treat maker is the amount of MONEY we invest in all the tools and supplies that go along with it. 😅

Molds, cutters, food coloring, sprinkles, piping tips, chocolate, boxes, bags…and then all the random gadgets that I convince myself I absolutely NEED. 😂

No joke, Amazon or Walmart is delivering something to my house almost every single day. 📦 And that is honestly not even an exaggeration. I’m pretty sure my delivery people know this house very well by now. 🤣

One of my more recent purchases was this handy-dandy little PROJECTOR, and I finally got a chance to play with it!

I can take an image and project it right onto a cake or cookie and use it as a guide while I’m piping. How freaking cool is that?! 🤯 These volleyball cookie cakes were some of my first chances to really put it to work!

Are they perfect? Nope! But honestly, nothing handmade ever is. When you’re working with frosting, chocolate, piping bags and your own two hands, there’s ALWAYS room for a little error. 😂 And I think that’s part of what makes handmade treats…well, handmade. 🫶🏻

But compared to me trying to freehand a volleyball?! HA! 😂 This little gadget is already worth its weight in gold.

Every time I buy a new bakery toy, it opens up another whole world of things I can create…and THAT is the part I love. 💜

So yes, Amazon will probably be back tomorrow. Sorry, Pop. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂📦

Being booked does NOT mean my preorders are closed! Preorders are still OPEN and will remain open until all available spots are spoken for AND paid for. So if you’ve been planning to grab Halloween goodies, don’t let the “BOOKED” post scare you away! 😂

Just a few things as we head into another week around here!

1️⃣ First and foremost — THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! 🫶🏻

We had an AMAZING four days at The Pop Stop! The turnout never ceases to amaze me. Every single time I put that cart out, y’all show up, clear me out, and humble me all over again. 🥹

Seriously… Y’ALL ARE THE REAL MVPs!!! 🫵🏻💕 Thank you for supporting this little business of mine and continuing to give me a reason to bake entirely too much. 😂
