Plus, who doesn’t love a piece of toast with jam on it? Follow my page to learn more about the variety of foods made from sourdough. The live bacteria grows which gives the bread its unique flavor. No baking for an extended time 😢

While on vacation, I fell and broke my foot and my hand is in a brace. I am 4 more weeks non-weight bearing.

Ughhh…this is hard for me to sit myself st of the day!! I’ll share updates.

The week off was beneficial to recovery of my shoulder injury. It’s time to get the kitchen dirty!
