After finishing the Vermont Farmers Market summer market and with the weather changing, I have some updates.
👉 With the colder weather moving in, we will be closing up the drop-in bake stand for the season.
👉 I have committed to and will see you all at the Vermont Farmers Market Winter Market. I will continue to focus primarily on bagels and, for the time being, will continue to bring English Toasting Bread as well. Note that I will not be there on 11/1!
👉 Because bagels are my primary focus, I will be expanding the flavor offerings, beginning with adding poppy and sesame.
👉 I am also switching over from bringing pre-bagged 6-packs to bringing bulk bins, so you can mix and match. There is one catch: for tax purposes, I will have a non-negotiable minimum purchase of 3 bagels.
