Temperature this, paddle attachment that, melt some and add it back… 😭 I just want my buttercream smooth, velvety and ready to use the first time. That’s exactly why I created my semi-sweet buttercream recipe.

Once you start reading ingredient labels, grocery shopping gets HARD. 😭 So if I can make it myself, I’m at least going to try.

Homemade Hot Fudge 🍫
4 tbsp salted butter
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
½ cup sugar
⅔ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract

Heat the butter, cream, milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat, stir in the chocolate chips until melted, then let it cool and thicken. 🤌🏽

Save this because homemade hot fudge is WAY easier than I thought. 😭

One thing about me… I’m going to keep making it until it tastes EXACTLY how I want it. 😂 Once you figure it out, you have that recipe forever. That’s how my semi-sweet buttercream was born. 🤌🏽

One little change in how I make my dough = soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls without adding more fat. Autolyse your dough and let it do some of the work for you. 👏🏽
