For those who have submitted quote inquiries, I am currently working to get through them all. I have 41 in my inbox so please bear with me. We have plenty of availability for September and October.

A FEW TIPS AND FRIENDLY REMINDERS WHEN SUBMITTING A QUOTE INQUIRY:

*Response time to inquiries are typically 24-36 hours but can be a little longer if we have a very busy schedule. Submitting multiple inquiries only slows the process.

*Make sure your email address and phone number are correct

*All orders with less than a week's notice are subject to a $25 rush fee pending availability

*We typically require a week's notice, however, it does depend on availability as some weeks book faster than others.

*When putting down a pick up time, please keep in mind that we do not open until 11 a.m. so if you need a super early pick-up, you may want to pick up the day before. We can make exceptions. You will just need to ask :)

*If you do not have an inspo pic or idea of the style of cake you are wanting, please note a budget you have in mind for the cake so that we can better guide you on your options.

GOOGLE PUT US IN REVIEW TIMEOUT 🤣

Apparently y'all have been loving us a little TOO loudly 😂

Well...this is a first.
Google has temporarily put Kitty's Kakery in review timeout.

Recently, our Google Business Profile received a warning stating that suspicious high-rated reviews had been detected. Three recent reviews were removed, and Google temporarily disabled the ability to leave us new reviews.

Here's the unfortunate part: the reviews that were removed were from actual customers sharing their real experiences with our bakery.

We appealed the decision, but unfortunately the appeal was denied. So for the next few weeks, you won't be able to leave Kitty's Kakery a review even if you'd like to.

And while that is certainly frustrating for a small business, we've decided to make the best of it.

GOOGLE MAY HAVE TEMPORARILY TURNED OFF OUR REVIEWS...BUT THEY DIDN'T TURN OFF YOURS 😊

If you've had a great experience at Kitty's Kakery tell somebody. Tell your neighbor. Tag us in your dessert photos. Share one of our posts. Recommend us when someone asks where to get a birthday cake. Check in when you visit. Send your friend our page.

And if you're one of the customers whose review disappeared--we saw you, we appreciated you, and we're sorry your kind words were removed ❤️

It warms my heart to see all of your comments and messages about how anxious you all are for us to reopen. Trust that we are equally excited and can't wait for the space to be complete.

But there is something else that I have also been excited for. In the midst of the renovations, I became an abuelita (grandma)! My beautiful daughter gave birth to the most perfect little girl and my already full heart is now bursting. ❤️

I can't wait for her to grow up and bake some sweet treats with her Lita.

👀 **Something sweet is coming… and we’re growing our team.**

As we prepare to reopen the doors to a refreshed Kitty’s Kakery, we’re looking for an exceptional **Front of House / Barista team member** to be part of what’s next. 🩷

Customer service has always been one of the things we take the most pride in. We hear regularly from our customers about how welcomed they feel when they visit us, and we’re looking for someone who can help us continue providing that experience.

We’re looking for someone who is **energetic, professional, dependable and self-motivated** — the kind of person who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative without waiting to be asked.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to move with purpose when things get busy, and willing to jump in wherever your team needs you.

☕ **Previous barista experience is required.**
⏰ Must have flexible availability beginning at **10:30 a.m. or earlier.**
📋 **Food Handler’s certification required.**
🗣️ Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

🔨✨ AND JUST LIKE THAT… IT’S REMODEL TIME! ✨🔨

Kitty’s Kakery is officially CLOSED August 8th–22nd while we give our little bakery some much-needed TLC and work on the next chapter of Kitty’s Kakery. 🩷

We’ll miss seeing all of your faces (and feeding you 😭) for the next couple of weeks, but we promise it’ll be worth the wait!

🎉 WE REOPEN TUESDAY, AUGUST 25TH AT 11 AM!
