I’m finally feeling well enough to be in the kitchen. I have some cleaning to do and an order to complete this week. I’m not sure what days I’ll be open this, if any, but hopefully by next week I’ll be back on track and back to my normal hours.

Also - check out this food dye shelf I designed and 3D printed so I can keep things better organized and not have to worry about everything shuffling and making a giant mess.

I didn’t get any better over the weekend so I went to the doctor yesterday for some medicine. It’s starting to kick in but I only have bursts of energy and tire quickly. I’m unsure if I’ll be well enough to get a full bake done this week but I’ll post updates if I’m better and able to go in.

I don’t know what’s going on but I’m feeling rough again so I’ll be closed today.

I finally got everything fully ready to go!

We’re already running low on a few desserts but as of right now there’s -

Caramel tarts
Pavlova
Custard fruit tart
Limoncello cake
Biscoff cheesecake bars
Mango entremet
Raspberry chocolate entremet
Eclair

Here until 7pm!
(With a 30 minute break around 3:15)

Just a quick heads up as I’m finishing my morning prep - I won’t be at the market Saturday, nor will I be open. I know it’s one of the worse weekends to not be available but my daughter is participating in her first baton competition down in San Antonio tomorrow.

So make sure to come by today to get your desserts!
