Rebecca (“Becky”) Miller had worked as a Pastry Chef at Kelly's Restaurant for 23 years and left in January, 2015, to open her own "Simply Sweet" dessert company . It was such a success that other local restaurants began carrying a selection of her exceptional desserts on their menus. This gentlemen is the oldest baker still working in Denmark and has been baking for 60 years. I saw him and he looks great and I’m not a GREAT guesser in age BUT he has to be at least over 80 BUT does not look like it. NOT ME I’m retiring way before that AGE.

Okay OBX sorry BUT no one can bet this sandwich. Pork Belly Sandwich with red cabbage, apples, lettuce and no telling what else on FRESH homemade sour dough ! ! With of course organic wheat beer. The BEST. and the owner is sending me home with my Asparagus Organic Beer the best. The hospitality in Denmark is the BEST … everyone speaks English and they sure do LOVE talking to ME ! ! ! a big plus ! ! !
