It was a triple wedding weekend over here at dark moon treats! I made-

🧁 36 dozen cupcakes
🍰 2 wedding cakes
🎂 1 2nd Birthday cake
🍪 7 dozen cookies

I have my tricks(and experience) to be able to do so much. Multiple trays, 2 mixers with 6 bowls, a speed rack, a dishwasher with a 15 minute express cycle 😅 investing in my business pays off.

I am so thankful to be this busy in the fall year after year with beautiful weddings. This is something I look forward to doing until my body can’t take the work anymore

I haven’t been posting much on my baking page because my full time restaurant job is keeping me busy lately! I’m head chef at Fairgo BBQ located in Cresaptown, MD! We have a pit master who smokes meat fresh every single morning(brisket, ribs, potatoes, more!!) We have seafood, steaks, and lots of other good food. I currently have warm peach cobbler on the menu for fall! Pumpkin dessert coming soon. Come try us out and support local business! I work during lunch time, come see me!

I’m still here 🥰 summer has been flying by with the arrival of my niece and their visit to Cumberland, becoming head chef at fairgo BBQ, baking and painting banners, and getting ready for a beach trip in August. I’m soaking it all up before a very busy fall with wedding orders almost every weekend!
